My stay at the hotel was lovely! The rooms offer a wonderful view and are nice and clean, with a small balcony to sit and watch the birds. The landscaped gardens add to the charm, making it a relaxing experience. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and the extra charge for some services. Overall, a decent option if you enjoy a peaceful setting.

The hotel is conveniently located near Arenal Volcano Park and offers stunning views of the volcano. While the rooms were nice, the pricing could be more competitive. However, there were some cleanliness issues with mouse poop found in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms offering a really nice view of the Arenal Volcano. The service was beyond excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was just what I needed, close to town but quiet with a direct view of the volcano. Although dining options were limited, the beautiful views made up for it. The facilities were great overall, making it a satisfying stay.
